L type automatic glass production line

This production line is composed of two double-edging grinding machines (LS20) and a 90 degree automatic transfer table. The connection between the first machine and the automatic transfer table adopts the lifting structure with timing belt, which makes the transmission more stable and safer. The connection between the second machine and the automatic transfer table adopts roller bed, and the transmission roller drive adopts two-speed frequency motor to improve the efficiency. With PLC control system and human-machine interface to set processing parameters, the production line has a simple operation, fast transmission speed and high-efficiency transformation, being suitable for the bulk processing of furniture glass and construction glass.
